Will not work on mobile data

Have to be connected via WiFi. My LTE signal is really good (60mbps down 15 up). Restart did not resolve the issue. Background app refresh is on. Cellular data is on in Settings > Pal +.

I miss the days when this was Cubie and it just friggin worked
